FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1 How soon can I paint the house once it has been rendered?
Leave the cement render to cure for at least 21 days. Even more if possible.

Question 2 Do I need to remove paint so you can render?
No I can remove the paint if necessary, or I will use a new adhesive to remove the paint.

Question 3 Can you patch rendering that may chip?
Yes.

Question 4 Will you see the bricks once the house is rendered?
No the render coat is 10 -12 millimetres thick.

Question 5 Can I render my house if it is made of whether board
Yes, I will use a new product called blueboard that is applied to the outside of the house once applied I can then render the house.

Question 6 Would you recommend Bagging?
If you like the finish of bagging I can do it for you. But you must understand that bagging is only 3 millimetres thick so brick outlines will be seen.
